Re: Ten Reasons Why the New Ricoh IM 350F, IM 430F and IM 430Fb is a Winner
Slight correction...both the IM 430F and the IM 430Fb are 43 ppm. Additional info...the 430F (SP 501) has a Service Maintenance platform while the 430Fb (SP 502) has a User Maintenance platform. The SP 510 and SP 502 are printer only versions of their respective MFP's. As far as I know, the SP's and the IM 350 (350F without a standard fax) have not been launched yet. It is interesting to note that the service training does not reference the MP 301SPF or the MP 402SPF at all. The new IM units...

Ten Reasons Why the New Ricoh IM 350F, IM 430F and IM 430Fb is a Winner
It's been sometime since Ricoh introduced the MP 301 (A4 black MFP 30ppm). Five years is a long time to hang on to a model, especially when A4 devices are being introduced left & right. There's a new kid on the block of A4 devices. Ricoh is now offering the IM 350f (37ppm), IM 430F (43 ppm), and the IM 430fb (45ppm). All devices come standard with copy, print, fax and color scan. Anyone can get the speeds and feeds on these devices, but I wanted to dig a little deeper and express what I...

Ricoh - IM C300(F) & IM C400(SR)F Spec Check Review
It's been a couple of weeks since these new color IM C A4 MFPs were launched the Ricoh Europe web site. At this point in time I have no clue when they'll be available in the United States. I would suspect they'll be available as soon as the current inventory of MP C307s and 407s are exhausted. For me, they can't come soon enough. For too long we've been without a color A4 devices that will staple. I had hoped that both the C300 and C400 would be capable of stapling, however at this point...

Top Ten Copier Quotes & Proposals for May 2019
Thanx to those Print4Pay Hotel members for email me these quotes and proposals. I really enjoy evaluated these because they can give me a picture of what the competition may be doing with hardware and service pricing. I'll even go as far calculating what the average cost per page is for black and color. In most cases there's not that much I can do with my the published cost per page. However if you think out of the box and add some creativity you can alter your cost per page in competitive...

Again why would they not have put a 500 sheet paper feed drawer on the new device? Every other manufacturer with their A 4 device comes standard with the 500 sheet. Someone needs to tell Ricoh that a ream of paper is 500 sheets!! Rant over.

@jredmon My bad I had a typo, the IM C400SRF comes standard with a 550 Sheet paper tray. I changed it for everyone, however you are correct the IM C 300 (F) should come with a standard 550 sheet paper tray.

They do look like Ricoh, especially with the document feeder. I'm not 100% sure, but if I was asked to bet, I would put my bet that they are Ricoh manufactured

Other than physical size the only reason to buy an A4 MFP is price, ideally with a low cpc. To cut costs Ricoh should have went with an SSD and a 9" LCD. Do you really need stapling? Fax should be integrated into the motherboard. Very few customers scan to SD card.

This model would replace the MPC401 and 401SR......remember those? They are still in the lineup even though the model is over 4 years old.

Five Really Unique Features on the New Ricoh IM 7000 & IM 8000 MFPs
Five Really Cool Features on the New Ricoh IM 7000 & IM 8000 MFPs I can't remember the last time I wrote one of these, it to be TBC (time before Covid). I think at this point in time we all need to be realize that we'll probably be placing less and less of these devices in the field. The longer larger businesses stay out of the office could ultimately spell the demise of our largest office style MFP's. In fact I could see a future of where they are made to order and the waiting time...

Re: 5 Key Differences of the Ricoh IM C7010
Glad you're excited. It's nice to have a 70 ppm option but it's just a response to others that already have it. I think the 25 should be a 30. The 30 should be a 35/45 and the 45 should be 60/70. But hey...what do I know...I just sell copiers lol.
