Would it be safe to assume that all Copystar dealers will now be authorized for Kyocera? I'm sure this is not those on both sides of this. I haven't been a Copystar dealer for 25 years, however Copystar was a great option for those that wanted to start their own dealership. No quotas, buy as you need presented opportunities. With both Muratec and Copystar gone so goes the opportunity for those that want to get into the business with an Authorized dealership. Sorry to hear this as another...

I can't imagine even the Kyocera dealers are sad about this one. Its just like Ricoh & Savin/Lanier. It's been irrelevant for nearly a decade. As soon as you could Google "Kyocera vs Copystar" or "Ricoh vs Lanier" the different names became a waste of marketing dollars.

How true Griz! As a salesperson for Ricoh you are correct I was not sad when Ricoh ditched the Lanier, Gestetner and now Savin
