The year is 2039. It's hard to believe that it's been 15 years since the mighty Xerox Corporation folded. One remembers that statement in December of 2018 that touted Xerox "Unable to Adjust". My how the mighty have fallen. It wasn't only Xerox that fell to the paperless society that we now see today. Avoid Insulting the Customer Obvious, right? Well, people do it without even realizing by using comments like "did you understand that?" and "are you following what I'm saying?". This automatically shrinks the customers' intelligence and ability to catch on. It is down to your own ability to make the customer understand and therefore if you feel the customer is failing to do so, use comments such as "did I explain that clearly" and so on. Some additional tidbits from the show I was at for the last three days. I learned along time ago that in order to be successful at these types of events that you need to engage with people when they walk by your booth. You need to greet everyone that walks by and then ask them a question. The question I asked the most is where they were from, after getting a response I would then ask if they have a plotter or ask if they've ever seen a white board before. The questions sparked conversations...

Japan’s Sharp is making dull promises to reform, but it’s hard to see a path to recovery for the struggling electronics maker. The company on Tuesday reported a 7.2 billion yen ($61 million) net loss in the nine months to December, and now sees a 30 billion yen net loss for the full fiscal year ending in March. That is versus earlier guidance of a 30 billion yen profit. This is especially disappointing because it was only last fiscal year that Sharp raised fresh equity and posted a narrow...
