Daily Thought Sales Blogs "Section 179"
Many of us still have the mind set that it's still summer . Hate to burst the bubble but summer is over! I lost to a deal to twice my speed.....
Short story about a potential client that reached out to me three weeks ago.....I've been tracking this account for the last 4 years and was told on several calls that, "we hate our current vendor". I was able to provide them with competitive pricing, references and met their needs for scan2cloud options. I agree change is scary, it could have been, however Ricoh has some of the best FCOTs. Hoping I can find the real reason

First copy out or processor speed perhaps? Sometimes the customer just gets sold. Incumbent vender also is a safe bet for an employee. Change is scary.
