Depending on the Lease vendor, they may provide cleverly designed Lease documents, with two payments streams on the document. The bad copier sales person fills in the agreed Payment #1 amount with the customer and leaves the Payment #2 line blank. The customer does not even see Payment #2 because it is blank. The customner signs the lease. Back at the office, this same sales person fills in Payment #2 with the Step Lease amount, and submits it to the Leasing company. Working with a less than...

The printer automaticly callibrates everytime it is turned on and from time to time during operation. If you auto callibration off, it will only callibrate when it is power cycled. This could possibly be the problem that you are having and why it is good to go after powercycled. Just an...

Flat rate seems silly to me, we have some techs that can spend all day in one building running calls (because that Building is their territory) and others that can drive 500 miles in a single day. The intent may be to reward fewer return trips, but unless their territories all cover the same geographic area, it just rewards those with "in-town" territories. My company pays techs .37 cents a mile, and it adjusts Monthly (it used to adjust Quarterly until the recent crisis) tied to the price...
