I have a client that is printing on something very similar to vinyl. They make plastic ID cards with the pictures printed. We sold them a couple of SPC811DN's, then our technician tweeked the fuser temp and they have had no problems since.

How about a digital duplicator and a seri printer? The seri will dry the ink and the dup will lay it down on the vinyl.

Walk away....tried for years printing on this vinyl stock and the only system Ricoh has is the 410DN that can handle it. However, it will void the service warranty and most dealers/branch's will not service when they know they are running this type of stock. The duplicator will run this stock, but I'm guessing if you are selling this vinyl material they are most likely printing variable data / barcodes. Lexmark dominates this market because of their PCU's and they actually spec out that...
