I got this from an email: Honestly nothing along the lines of a one liner come to me. However, when I was doing training on the 6755 once I botched the toner refilling process and got toner all over the room. Then as we were going to get some towels to wipe it down, I heard the maintenance guy fire up the vacuum and before I could run down the hall to stop him – the toner went straight through the filter and out the air vent … and ALL over the office. Thanks, John Pulley

Here's one from a private school customer of mine a few years ago: We had just upgraded their fleet of Gestetner 3355's to a brand new fleet of Gestetner DSm660's. A teacher wanted to make copies of a book onto transparencies, and walked up to one of the new machines and ran them thru the bypass. The machine jammed up and completely stopped. So, thinking there must be something wrong w/ the set up of the new machine, she walked to another one of the BRAND NEW MACHINES and tried to run...

Acquiring Riso could be the same type of acquisition, & I believe the Riso platform is the type of low-cost, high-speed solution that could complement PB's automated mailing...

I do not think that was a current customer of ProCopy. So I don't think it was something that they sold. It definitely was not a Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox or HP. It could have been a Kyocera but I really think it was a Toshiba. Look at the copier as it is being hoisted into the air. It starts to spin and you can see the front. I think the blocked this on purpose so you could not see the make. But the box gives it away. I just replaced a Toshiba with a similar appearing shell.

There is 1 or 2 ball bearing fans in the PSU that can be very dirty. Or there can be a case fan that is very dirty. Usually when a HD fails you will hear an audible clicking...

No it will not help MPG. Octane is blended to reduce engine detonation(air fuel mixture explodes in the cylinder rather then burning evenly) issues. It's mostly is used in high compression type engines. Use it only if your manufacture requires it or in some cases if you have excessive engine "pinging".

There is friction feed with air separation on all the current production machines. So they have rollers that actually feed the paper and there are fans that blow the paper apart to help prevent multifeeding and it also helps if the paper sticks together and won't pull out of the tray.
