Re: The End Of The Day With Ray! Beware of the Predators!!
Which episode did you comment that everybody is trying to sell Document Mgt systems these days and why you think that is not the best idea? BTW, I purchased some eLearn courses on www.selltowin.com because of one of your SAT AM episodes. Thanks,

When Will Dion Write the Check to Carl?
It has been about 20 months since I told the crowd I was speaking to at the RemaxWorld Summit in Zhuhai China that HP would buy Xerox. Soon after, another speaker would educate the audience on how that was never going to happen. I believe anyone who says “that will never happen” is void of the ability to imagine. I also spoke of the bigger threat for the remanufacturers. I stated it would not be the non-patent infringing new builds. It will be the OEMs as they fight to capture the...

It's The End of The Day with Ray! Thanks Art Post
I was surprised when I saw this video on my facebook feed early today. As you know I'm a big fan of @Ray Stasiezcko, and post his content on a regular basis. My main reason for that is Ray preaches change and gives is insights on a regular basis that we can't become irrelevant in our industry! Ray thanx so much for posting this it makes all of hard work worth it!

Special Report from Ray! (Video)
Geesh, do I write the forward before or after the video? Ray Stasieczko makes some excellent points about the industry media not covering all of the news in our industry. I won't steal his thunder, but many of you know where I stand on this issue with other industry rags that I won't mention. There are web sites to visit if you only want the "happy" news about the industry or let's say the spin from one perspective. Over the years we've (Print4Pay Hotel) has always posted the good, the bad...

Imagined Possibilities take Investments
Many will stick with what they know as they budget for what they need to know a fatal mistake. It seems as many see no value in investing it what could be based on what should be. After all, why would anyone pay for a maybe? Well, the innovators are doubling down their bets that the old way sticks to that thinking. “The price paid to explore can be defined while the true cost of unawareness; however, greater may never be known.” It’s that undetermined fee toward improvement which usually...

The Customer Experience Puzzle
Customer Experience isn't evaluated by those who deliver it, it's evaluated by those who experience it. It seems as many organizations think customer experience is about how they deliver, service, or respond. In fact, Customer Experience is about how your customers interpret or (Experience) your deliverable. I was reading an article regarding customer experience and it seemed to be a laundry list of do's and don'ts. In reality, Customer Experience is where a deliverables business plan should...

This, in my opinion, is 100% accurate. Clover may end up selling as well amidst declining revenue.

Re: The End Of The Day With Ray! A new Slogan!
I think he's on to something here. Industry has been talking about the shift to A4 for many years, but the work-from-home situation we have now definitely could be a key contributor to making this happen faster.
