Re: Ricoh M C240FW MFP questions
Its not in my current price book but its predecessor had an LDP of $543 and a MSRP of $835. I try to avoid these types of products because if I sell it I deliver it, train the customer and take their call when they have a problem. I also have a fear that if the customer doesn't like the obscure little Ricoh machine it might come back to bite me in the rear end down the road on something bigger. Re: Ricoh M C240FW MFP questions
@fisher much appreciated. One of my existing clients needs another device an the space is limited to where something larger will not fit. I guess they never thought they would print 50 pages a day and never dedicated a space for a printer. I don't like it either, however I need to at least offer then something and keep the price high to scare them away. If they buy from me then it may be worth the effort. Thanx again

I have the option to sell HP equipment and these days I go that route when I have to rather than Ricoh.

Re: Ricoh M C240FW MFP questions
Just got the pricing on this product. Suggested retail is $525. Ricoh is encouraging dealers to drop ship these directly to the customer and sell a warranty like a customer would buy from HP. The one year extended warranty is $69 MSRP. You can add 3 years of extended warranty for a total of 4 years of coverage. Ricoh drop ships a replacement machine if they can't resolve the issue over the phone. Also noting that there is only about a 35% spread between cost and MSRP on the supplies.
