Re: IS300DC whit SCANROUTER LITE
Set the IS330DC up with IP address for delivery server, and delivery server settings. You then should be able to scan. You cannot configure Scanrouter to have the IS330DC as an IO device.

Jeepers, Ill bet your boss is thrilled! Originally I was thinking that, in vacing the machine, someone had knocked out a chip on the board. And it still could be,. But now I understand about two machines. Here are a couple of things, Sw 3 on the IO board will disable SC generation. Run a copy, what happens? I would start with one machine, and keeping the same NVRAM with the same machine is very important. Initialize the laser at 400 and 600 before making a copy. The factory setting is on the...

I doubt that the NVRAMS have been"misplaced", but ince I have not actually been invovled with the work, I can't gauarentee anything... YES, the Boss just loves this!!!

As I'm one of two that work on the high volume machines, I did not get a chance to check your suggestion, although I did tell the other Techs to try it. Apparently the original Techs invovled have "washed their hands" on the two machines, thus ME, trying to find more info on this problem, want to repair both, our customer's machine, and our BRAND NEW machine.

My Techs tried the laser adjustment to no avail. They also tried whatever the SP mode was to "reset the adjustments" (I don't have my manaul handy) and then try the laser adjustments agian, resulting in an SC329. I still have not tried exchanging the NVRAM, as I had to run several customer calls.

Green coming on means you have a link. Orange off means you are on either a 10 or 100 mps network, I forget which. So it is on the nw Have you tried turning off the firewall to see if it helps? Also turn off any other antivirus/firewall sw. From SR admin can you "set the IO device"?

Backup SR destination list. Uninstall SR and delete RDcab file. On the MFPs remove the IP address for the delivery server and leave it blank. Give the server a static IP address and reinstall SR. Add the IO devices then restore destination list. Check the MFP delivery server IP, SR should have installed it.
