I'm not sure I agree. Perhaps some people who have worked inside an office for their entire life may find the transition difficult. But just like anything, people adapt. If anything it seems like productivity is up for those working remote, even if things plateau, I don't see a scenario where people are less productive than pre-covid times. And that's not even accounting for the massive savings to companies who have made the transition away from a physical office.

I'd say that in NJ it's 50/50 for those that want people back in the office 75% of the time. ty for the comment
