Color Control with Chrome Browser
We have experienced problems controlling color when customer prints from Chrome Browser. Even if we have the driver defaulted to mono if the page is color it seems that chrome overrides and prints the document in color. So far our solution has been to install a 2nd driver that is from a mono only device and have customer select either mono or color "printer", does anyone have a solution other than that? Thanks for any tips........get well soon Art!
