HP has also been doing that for ages, it seems that marketing people do not know about Average, duty and max volumes - nor does most direct sales reps...!

I haven't even finished watching this video. But take a look at the capture below and for the monthly volume rating of this A4 device. You can finish watchin g the video here. It's these type of false advertising that give our industry a bad rap.

There's so many things wrong with that video I couldn't even finish the second half. The Kyocera M6526cdn was discontinued in early 2018 and replaced with the M6630cidn so it doesn't belong on a best of 2019 list. Then the video shows the M6526c i dn with the touchscreen. I wish manufacturers would stop publishing monthly duty cycles on specs. Just publish a Recommended AMPV and call it a day.
