I was explaining the Bakers Dozen to a rep about a week ago. I used it all the time about 17-18 years ago. It was an easier sell for people that were opposed to a lease.

Gov. Baker signs $1.8 billion information technology bill

The state Legislature recently passed a bill authorizing up to $1.8 billion in spending for the improvement of information technology equipment and other capital projects in Massachusetts.
