We installed one this month and found the copier canot see the booklet maker i phoned our tec support in the UK and i was told they have been looking into it and new firmware will be out this month October but im not convinced i smell a rat like most times they say it will work at product launch we will see

Ty @Kimberly trying to get it done! Our Governor is a real stinker. He lives about 5 miles from me in a huge mansion on the Shrewsbury River. On Saturday there was a car parade that drove past his house with horns, signs and they were all going 5 miles an hour. He still didn't get the message

We start back Friday. Governor supercedes our Dallas County judge who wanted until May 15th. Our office is in Dallas County though I live in one that has not been as restrictive. Power grabs and egos. The people are angry. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

This Week in the Copier Industry 5 Years Ago Third Week of August 2019 Real Copier Sales Finally was able to get a meeting with one of my prospects to replace and older MFP. Initially they wanted a 75ppm black device and I was told the device was producing 35K per month. I had a quote ready on the initial meeting but everything changed. The volume was not 35K per month but 35K per year, the monthly "rental" was not a rental but a 60 month lease with many months left.... more here Threads...
