SSG that's an awesome video! You can send links to clients, and direct them to your channel. It's a virtual demo that keeps on giving. Kudos I have some of the same issues with getting appointments through Linkedin, however I know of several peeps that use Linkedin as their only source for prospecting and they are doing well. I will keep working it since I have a Navigator account now

Well, I evaluated @remote years ago before we decided on Printfleet so my info may be dated. From what I recall @remote did a fine job of collecting meters on my Ricoh devices. Not so well on non-ricoh devices. It did not have any accounting capabilities as it simply pulled data from the copiers. Printfleet does the same, pulls meters from devices, has very robust reporting such as: Want to know how much your printer prints from 8-9am Monday morning? It can tell you. Yay! Our Governor is opening State and County Parks on May 2nd....with conditions with social distancing. Getting to hate that "social" crap. Many people are furious in New Jersey about the handling of the shut down along with not having the ability to get outside. After pressure the Gov caved to the pressure. In New Jersey, is the copier business considered to be an essential service? Copier dealers, for example, service equipment in hospitals and medical centers. Canada's largest province, Ontario, declared a State of Emergency yesterday. Sometime today we will find out if the copier business is an essential service.

We start back Friday. Governor supercedes our Dallas County judge who wanted until May 15th. Our office is in Dallas County though I live in one that has not been as restrictive. Power grabs and egos. The people are angry. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

One thing that has happened several times this week is that customers who have signed leases for new equipment refuse delivery, sometimes we learn about this while the delivery truck is in motion, claiming they just do not know how they would pay for the equipment. I received my early constant contact numbers from the email I sent yesterday. It was a little better than I thought for and much better than the first. 17% open rate and 5% click through. That translates to about 120 opens and 6 of the opens clicked through. I even had multiple clicks from multiple people.
