Good god. what a piece of work (Putting it nicely). Talk about screwing over your employees. At what point did this seem like a good idea for a company of Pats size. I know everyone is hurting but the 100 mil dealer is not hurting like the 5-10 mil dealer right now in my opinion. Glad he bowed to the pressure but that should have never been considered.

Canon Inc. said Tuesday is is closing down its Tokyo headquarters and four offices in Kawasaki through April 17 due to the spread of the novel coronavirus in the metropolitan area. Coronavirus undermines Xerox's hostile HP takeover bid
Xerox Holdings Corp. is pulling the plug on its hostile bid to buy larger rival HP Inc. after the coronavirus pandemic undermined the copier maker's ability to pull off the debt-laden merger. Xerox plans to end both its more than $30 billion tender offer and a proxy fight to replace the printer and PC maker's board, people familiar with the matter said. Ricoh cuts 80 jobs as the impact of the coronavirus is felt
Printer company Ricoh is understood to have made 80 staff redundant in New Zealand. Staff across the company were told of the redundancies on April 30, just after the country moved to level 3, a former worker says.
