Even though we try to educate it seems we still get calls on lines on scans/copies. I know it's fundamental but when you train on a new unit always show them how to clean the scan glass/slit glass and how to troubleshoot the lines.

Here is the Smart Accounting Admin manual. Real estate and legal environments are going to love this software if it works like the brochure says. However, I ordered this software from Savin two weeks ago, and it is still not in...we were told that it has to be shipped directly from the third-party that developed it. In the couple cases where I updated the software, I ended up reinstalling windows and starting fresh. Ricoh provided me this information, but I haven't had the need to try it since.... HKey-local-machine/software/classes/installer/products will have a number of 32 digit keys. Open each one. If it refers to Plotbase, Scanbase, Apache, PlotClient ,PlotClient Web, or PlotClient HDI delete that key. If it refers to something else LEAVE IT ALONE. After removing these keys, as well as the RW240...

couple of items here, it's my understanding that the new "istyle" devices (anything with a "2" as the lasy digit in the model number) will accomodate air print, however the system does need pdf print direct and PSIII module. I'm trying to reverify this as I write this. This is for Kiwispike: If you use the lantronix print server do you still need to have a ps module in the device? Thanx Art

If the sub code is a for example the 4 digit number that you have to input when you get a 2nd dialtone, then this will do the trick: dial the faxnumber and then press the pause key twice (maybe even more) and then input the subcode. This will create a pause between the faxnumber and the subcode. This works with almost all brands.

I believe they do. I have a previous model of that series in a clothing company and they match the colors of the color swatches before sending overseas to make. Once they got used to using the fiery they love it and have had nothing but good feedback on the color matching and the quality of the prints that come out.

Art, The color on the IR-Adv C52XX series is very good. The best is if you add the Fiery (ImagePASS-B2) and that has Pantone Matching. But I will also say now that Canon has True Adobe PS that Non-Fiery Postscript is also very good color. The Fiery obviously offers better color control for users that need that kind of granular control. And for those really tight deals UFR II has come a long way, good color, not quite as fast as PCL or PS. Canon's BEST color is the ImagePRESS 700 - 800s with...
