Another thing all of these new machines including the 6502 and 8100 have is an insanely fast ADF, 120 sheets per minute or 240 images per minute duplex. Everyone that sees these comments how fast the ADF is.

It's obvious that HP's CEO Deon Weisler may not have the pulse of the copier channel especially when he releases a statement that reads: "What we're doing is disrupting an outdated , old $55 billion copier market with superior multi-functional printing and that's the core takeaway. Some questions I'd like to ask Weisler would be: 1. How is the current copier channel out dated? Last time I checked Samsung also uses Xerographic technology to print & copy. 2. Art, great piece here. We use National Azon for some hardware but a lot for their specialty wide format stocks. We get one in particular that is an adhesive matte type product that the customer is able to print high quality images on and use for door entryways, deli cases and windows. It allows them to print and when the time comes to clean and/or remove, it can be done without the assistance of a straight razor. The Week in Copiers Fifteen Years Ago The Second Week of February 2006 I had a little time after work today to review a Minnella's Pocket Guide to Copiers (low and middle volume) from 1990. Can anyone guess how many there were in 1990? Do...
