COVID-19 Impact on Dealers and the Channel?
I'm hearing a lot of different things from the channel regarding the COVID-19 impact. From usage declines (anywhere from 30-90%), layoffs/furloughs, to OEMs eliminating program incentives, etc. Wondering if you all would openly share some thoughts on what you are seeing and experiencing. Everyone agrees but it's a lot easier said than done. Many hardware companies have tried and failed. Having done something successful for such a long time makes it hard to change and it's not in the DNA of the sales team, marketing group or support/engineering organizations. It's much more involved than management simply "wanting" to shift to more services revenue.
