Rumor has it that Heritage Business Systems NJ has been acquired by....
by non other than XBS (former Global) Stewart in NJ. Heritage is resells Canon, Kyocera, KIP and Oce wide format. For the life of me I can't figure out why XBS would do this especially when XBS itself has farmed out most of admin services to HCL. Only thing I now is that I'll be on the phone tomorrow with Heritage accounts to break the news them. https://www.heritagebusiness.com/

My theory is that Xerox is further investing its dealer channel in advance of being acquired (potentially by HP). This would help increase the value of Xerox in HP eyes as HP's interest in acquiring Xerox is largely based on Xerox's dealer/reseller networks.
