Almost a year after its last merger , Arlington-based IT company C3 Integrated Solutions celebrated another major consolidation. Last week, C3 announced its merger with Ingalls Information Security , a company based in Woodworth, Louisiana specializing in cybersecurity risk management for the defense industry.
