Datto prices IPO at $27, trades today

Datto Holding ( MSP ) has priced its initial public offering of 22M shares at $27/share , in line with expected range of $24-27 per share. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 3.3M shares. The shares are expected to kick off trading today on The New York Stock Exchange. Offering is expected to close on October 23, 2020.
