Ricoh's reply was shown on Industry Analysts article. https://industryanalysts.com/32318_ricoh/ Maybe large acquisitions like Ikon were not as good an investment as thought.

e-BRIDGE Plus Voice Guidance e-BRIDGE Global (Toshiba guidance visually impaired)
Does anyone have some detailed knowledge or work experience in implementing or using this product? We have a customer that employs 20% of its staff with visually impaired & totally blind backgrounds looking for a solution to navigate the photocopiers with voice guidance. Any feedback would be appreciated even if its regarding competitor devices that fit this bill. Thanks in advance guys and gals. regards, AC68.

Thanks Art but i think i'm going to walk away from this one. Just too hard with voice "assistance" vs voice "guidance" systems in play. It appears Canon / Ricoh are more advanced and I don't have the resources and time to check differences and build a technical case to remain involved in tender. Well given we get very few requests for this kind of product it is not likely to affect us in any great details. thanks for assisting. AC
