Ricoh MP C2551SP Not Scanning to Folder

Sorry, this was dumped in my lap today. Existing client called me stating that he purchased a new server with MS 2016 server and our Ricoh device can't scan to a folder on the server. Is there a fix for this?

This usually requires a firmware update as MS changed protocols for SMB authentication.

It still may not fix it as Ricoh is applying the Fix on newer machines to older.

The 2551 is pretty old. If you can't get around it with firmware you can get around it in a pinch by using the FTP protocol instead of SMB.
