No the Select program is still going. I'm pretty sure it was the GreenLine. Is there info on Aficio League?

Re: Greenline MFPs
When you said Select, I thought you were referring to the Select Pricing Program which has nothing to do with the old Select Series from ages ago. Regardless, I know I was told by my DSM that the GreenLine program was closed down. I have sent an email asking for confirmation. To answer your question, no, we never actually ended up using the GreenLine program. So much of what we sell falls under some sort of agressive pricing program making new not much more expensive than this rebuilt stuff.

I remember the conversation as if it was yesterday but yet I am wrong. My DBM said that the program does indeed still exist. I detest when someone diseminates missinformation and here I am guilty of it myself. My aplologies to any inconveneince I may have caused.

Re: Greenline MFPs
Thank you for following up with me! So much information, so many changes, who can fault anyone! Bottom line though--you have an aggressive pricing program whereby new is just as inexpensive as these refurbs would be. So you really haven’t had the need or opportunity to propose them.

Do you offer them at your dealership? If so, what have been customers' responses to these products? Any problems past the 90 Day Warranty period that are notable?
