Hey all, we've seen a large increase unit sales for Xerox AltaLink and VersaLink lines in Q2 (both vs. last year and the previous quarter). I'm trying to figure out why this growth is happening. I know that Xerox consistently offers promos and instant savings offers for the open channel models, but I'm wondering if they are offering dealers any incentives to move more units? Are there back-end promos or instant savings offers that have been running this year?

First I have heard of this, is it and old program. Is it still in effect?

Anyone seeing any uptick in promo activity from Lexmark in the last quarter or so? Hearing some anecdotes about Lexmark growing sales in N. America, and growing some segments (A4 B&W, A3 Color). I think this could be replacement cycle related (probably replacing both these product lines soon ^), but wondering if anyone seeing anything in terms of more aggressive Lexmark pricing/promos.

We are a dealer and haven't seen an uptick. However, they are always willing to help financially in a multiple unit opportunity.

Thanks for the feedback. I figured nothing major for promos, but maybe some clearance moves or a big win that moved the needle. If anyone else is seeing otherwise I'd love to hear, or see any material Lexmark's circulating.

Looking for details on how HP is (and has been since COVID) promoting the PageWide lineup to dealers? Any info you can share on special incentives, marketing, SPIFFs, etc. would be greatly appreciated! Feel free to private message me if you don't want to post publicly. Thanks! Lisa
