Yes, I am big history nut so we have to do all of that stuff - 9/11 memorial, Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty, and anything else that is there to see. It appears that is a legend. I couldn't find any federal law covering that, but here are some state laws covering it... Parts Availability Laws Can your item be repaired?
