Ricoh MP 9000 & C811DN
These systems are now 9 years old, has there been any parts discontinuation notices from Ricoh on either of these devices??

The last date for assured parts availability for the MP 9000 was 6/2015. Fir the SP C811 is 4/2017.

This is what I've been told. The U.S. requires manufacturers to maintain a complete parts inventory for 7 years past the last date that the product was sold new. The final date of assured parts availability is the date that Ricoh will no longer replenish parts that run out. "What this means to you, Mr. Customer, is that from this moment on, you are on borrowed time.
