Which episode did you comment that everybody is trying to sell Document Mgt systems these days and why you think that is not the best idea? BTW, I purchased some eLearn courses on www.selltowin.com because of one of your SAT AM episodes. Thanks,

It's been a hectic week for me. Had to spend a couple days in PA for meetings, coupled with the end of the month. January was nothing but a bummer. From the amount of threads there was some awesome activity. While reading through one of the threads, I noticed the Samsung SCX 6345N. For me, this was the start of the A4 multifunctional era. I believe cost for the 45ppm device was somewhere around $1,900 with MSRP about $4,000. Not much room for margin, however I can remember acquiring many net new accounts with the Sammy because there was no need for 11x17. Funny, it's ten years later and many manufacturers still refuse to give us full...

When Will Dion Write the Check to Carl?

It has been about 20 months since I told the crowd I was speaking to at the RemaxWorld Summit in Zhuhai China that HP would buy Xerox. Soon after, another speaker would educate the audience on how that was never going to happen. I believe anyone who says “that will never happen” is void of the ability to imagine. I also spoke of the bigger threat for the remanufacturers. I stated it would not be the non-patent infringing new builds. It will be the OEMs as they fight to capture the...

The Customer Experience Puzzle

Ray Stasiezcko ·
Customer Experience isn't evaluated by those who deliver it, it's evaluated by those who experience it. It seems as many organizations think customer experience is about how they deliver, service, or respond. In fact, Customer Experience is about how your customers interpret or (Experience) your deliverable. I was reading an article regarding customer experience and it seemed to be a laundry list of do's and don'ts. In reality, Customer Experience is where a deliverables business plan should...
