We recently did this with a remax account, however we did not use pricing cards for authentication

So, a little more on this we used Ricoh Smart Device Accounting for monitoring copies and prints to the new MP C501SPF's. Users need to put pins codes in for print and a report is gathered each month by the administrator for bill back. No cards required. Our client uses both MAC's & PC's with no issues. Hope this helps.
