Toshiba Tec is potentially going to seek an independent path from Toshiba Corp. while entering a joint manufacturing partnership with Ricoh to produce new MFPs with the same print engine a few years from now. I would maybe put Lexmark on the chopping block as it seems happy to relabel it's A4 product to Xerox, Sharp and Toshiba and somehow tries to distance itself from it's 60% owner NineStar.
