On larger networks, the customer may not agree to do this. Digital signatures prevent the interception of network data. Without Digital signatures, it is possible for someone to tap into data and read it without interrupting the stream of data, leaving no trace that they were there.

Some more points. Windows Driver is GDI only! Probably very slow when printing pdf from various clients! Users can't stack scan like the 240W, the must scan and remove each page one at a time. Another waste of time! You must press the stop button after every copy (got this right from the OP manual).
