There is a special place in hell for people who rip off churches. Have a church in my home town that was ripped off for about $20K by a copier company that had already gone out of business. The vendor wrote the church a 63 month lease with the service packed into the lease payment 3 months after the sherif had put a lock and chain on their doors. If you have a signed contract and RBS quotes a lower price, you have grounds for a law suit. It's considered unfair business practices and tortuos interference. Your dealerships laywer should send a letter to Ricoh's legal council seeking compensation. The last thing they want is a lawsuit.

The Washington City Council Monday approved the purchase of two new copiers to be used at city hall. Hi All, Selling the KIP and Ricoh products just want to make sure to correct the record on a couple of things. First, the KIP 3000 does have a preview of the scanning. The preview will be shown right on the touch panel. Second, it is true the bypass must be set up for use. This is a one time task usually done by the technician at the time of installation.
