17 Breakup Email Subject Lines to Confirm Whether a Deal Is Really Dead

Art Post ·
It’s never fun to give up on a sale. After all, a deal you take out of your pipeline represents a loss of what could have been -- an additional customer, extra money in your paycheck, and moving closer to meeting quota. But as much as it sucks to mark a deal as closed-lost, it’s even worse to let one languish in your pipeline indefinitely. Because leaving a deal that will realistically never close in your forecast artificially raises your projections and makes them less accurate. If you have...

Re: Time To Wake Up Imaging Channel!!

In 2017 China introduced its new National Intelligence Law. For Chinese citizens and companies alike, participation in ‘intelligence work’ is now a legal responsibility and obligation, regardless of geographic boundaries. The scope and parameters of what Chinese authorities might deem to be ‘intelligence work’ are not clearly defined in these laws—which are, at best, ambiguous and open to varying interpretations. The nature of the ambiguous but tightening relationship between the Chinese...

Re: Conerns Over Chinese Manufactured Printer

1. The Chinese government is attempting to hack the US daily. I would have a legitimate concern what is built into the the chips within the device. Not being paranoid, just thinking of real concerns. 2. Support. With support bad enough with some US based suppliers I would assume it would leave a bit to be desired. 3. This is not a concern but a question. Would the Chinese undercut other manufacturers and in turn they would be forced to lower prices?

The Ricoh GSA contract has labeled the copiers as "G" (government) devices. It's my understanding that these devices are manufactured in Japan. The reason is that the USA will not accept device manufactured in Japan. There's got to be a reason for that. It's my bet it's what John eluded to above "legitimate concern" over the chips that are being used. The USA government will also not accept Hauwai manufactured phones for the same reason. Makes you think why some of the largest companies in...

The Chinese gov't via military intelligence retains the unchallengeable right to demand of any Chinese corporation whatever information it desires. These new state security laws came into effect in 2018. It is unknown what would happen if the Chinese military demanded the same of a multi-national corporation manufacturing in China. Chinese culture is such that if the Chinese military could not get the information that it wanted via the front door of a multi-national it would simply pressure...
