Re: Canon TX 3000 MFP Question?

@Kevin Foley Thank you! Hard to believe the max is 60 feet. I had to guess I would have guessed 150 feet. Do you know the average life of the print head and the MSRP?

Re: Canon TX 3000 MFP Question?

Kevin Foley ·
Yeah I don't know why the max is only 60 feet. I saw back in September that Canon entered the Guinness World Records with the longest photo print using one of their imageprograf's. The print reached about 360ft in length. If frequently used, the print heads should reliably hit 3 years, but I've got some printers 4 years old with the same head that came with the printer. Print heads run $450.00 retail.

Thanx for that bit of information, let me know if I can help you with any Ricoh wide format information. One more question please. Do you offer maintenance agreements (on-site) for these?

Re: Canon TX 3000 MFP Question?

Kevin Foley ·
Yeah, we usually offer a maintenance agreement excluding ink and paper.

Printheads last on average 2 years. They come with a one year warranty when they are replaced. Of course life depends on usage generally.
