5 hours today spend on finding these trays. Yes, I finally found them. Seems Ricoh USA was the only one to discontinue these trays. After searching the internet again I then resorted to calling a contact in the Netherlands and South Africa. John, The PrintCopy Tool compares pretty favorably to Plotworks. I attached two documents to this post. The Product Support Guide lists differences between the two products. The PowerPoint has screen shots of all the settings in PrintCopy Tool. I hope this helps.

Hey Art! I started using Aweber email software about 5 months ago. I send out a monthly newsletter with a customized template. People read it! Best part is that you always stay top of mind with your prospects. I actually exported my contact list from my CRM software and imported that into Aweber. Currently have about 100 prospects and customers in my email list. It's great! Much cheaper than a mailer.

Never ever stop prospecting is the key. Always adding and subtracting. I would say on average I keep about $100K of deals I think can close in 30 days. I focus on 180 because 2/3rd of them will either roll, or lose. 90% of the time, I will wait until the first contact to determine if that appointment is an opportunity. Once it's in the funnel, I then determine when it may have a chance to close. If's it's more than 50% it's going in the 30 day close funnel

So some clarification first. PaperCut absolutely does support Mac. In fact, it is the only cost recovery/print control solution that I know of that actually installs in an all Mac environment. (Server and Client) It also is the only solution I know of that installs in a Linux environment. So both of your issues are solved with PaperCut. I included the install guides for Mac and Linux to get you started.

Yup, it's a pretty BIG Hammer! I heard a radio report that the US trade debt rose significantly in July. I'm thinking what you stated is that "many of the manufacturers have stuffed thier warehouses". That's probably why we haven't seen anything to date with increases.

When we decline to return a copier at our cost due to a competitor not doing this at their expense, we do suggest to our former customer two moving companies they can call to pick up the equipment. Of course, we will keep in polite contact over the next few years, as we known when the lease will expire next time.

Our DSS briefly discussed PPDM with us on Monday and said that they're doing away w/ the license sheets largely because RBS & IKON were just throwing them away and/or hoarding them to use for large accounts. We also do a December party that we invite our good customers to. Other things we do is sponsor holes at their golf outings, donate door prizes for their own events, pro baseball/football outings. Any activity we can include them in, we do. That type of contact goes much further than the tired fruit baskets and trinkets ever will.

We have had some real good results with UniFLOW. We have used the Canon Prox card readers, as well as a number of different RFIDeas card readers. If you use the Canon \ NTware card reader you don't have to configure the meap app to talk to it, if you use the RFIDeas card reader you will need a CFG file and the proper web page to configure it. I dont think you can do that, also Rossetta sells software helpful with check printing. You should reach out to your printer support rep at Ricoh corporate and see if they have a way for you to work with Rosetta and get more than a spiff. Or, you could contact Rosetta directly and see if you can purchase from them and then resell the printer to your customer.
