Does anyone have some detailed knowledge or work experience in implementing or using this product? We have a customer that employs 20% of its staff with visually impaired & totally blind backgrounds looking for a solution to navigate the photocopiers with voice guidance. Thanks Art but i think i'm going to walk away from this one. Just too hard with voice "assistance" vs voice "guidance" systems in play. It appears Canon / Ricoh are more advanced and I don't have the resources and time to check differences and build a technical case to remain involved in tender.
