Am I told old for this?
A recent email exchange with an existing account where the "C" level passed me to his assistant for a potential upgrade. Keep in mind this client is at the end of 60 month lease, does not have maintenance and supply agreement and on time and materials. Why is like pulling teeth to get an appointment?
