Most every company owns and or leases a copy machine. In most cases these copiers are covered under a maintenance/supply agreement. The billing model that is most prevalent is where a company charges a fee for "x" amount of pages for black and color prints/copies. Those contracts are be billed annually, quarterly or monthly. Thanks to the help from a few Print4Pay Hotel members, we're able to give our members access to some of the copier & MFP quotes that were presented in March of 2015. I had a great chuckle at some of the Sharp proposals. One, was the base quarterly charge of $30 per quarter for 3,000 pages. Overages were then billed at .01 for black. It's like WTF? It's only $120 for the year, just bill the annual cost!!You'll save the customer money and time...
