The Power of Pull Marketing

Art Post ·
Note from Art: I'd like to introduce Nathan Dube to every one. I contacted Nathan a few weeks ago and asked him if he could write a few blogs in reference to "pull marketing" and the power of adding video to your web site and You Tube. Video is the go to choice for clients that are searching for a product or a service. It's even more popular than blogs. I sure Ray S can attest to that. Please feel free to leave a comment. In the near future I'll also be introducing video here and on You...

New Players, New Rules, New Game.

Ray Stasiezcko ·
One thing few in the Imaging Channel want to discuss is the innovative processes which will replace much of the old way’s deliverable. The glory days of selling print equipment and its services are just beginning for some innovative thinkers and ending for some others. All things do in-fact change. Even those who refuse, eventually are forced to change. No one can circumvent progress regardless of their marketing strategies or their hopes that current circumstances remain a little longer.

Emotional Alchemical Marketing

Emotional Alchemical Marketing By: Nathan Dube https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=JzYFjCk6sMk The video posted above was created by a prospect/customer of a company I used to work for . The video was a submission for a promotional contest series that I created for my company to generate brand awareness regarding our products and services. The “Destroy Your Printer Contest” series is an excellent example of what I like to refer to as “emotional alchemical marketing”. The...

Re: Share The Wonder of New Technology With Your Prospects and Clients

Darrel, nice post. I've actually made the commitment to develop my own list of clients that embrace technology. From here on in, once a month I will publish my own "technology hub" newsletter and send through constant contact. May take me a few hours to do the first one, however, after that it should take no more than an hour per month. That one hour per month is time well spent and I hope to generate additional sales by keeping my clients updated with technology. Art

How Much Do I Insure My Leased Copier For?

Art Post ·
How much do I insure my leased copier for? Was a discussion I had with one of the sales rep in our office yesterday. From time to time, we will field calls from the clients asking how much to insure the leased copier for. The client then needs to submit that information to their insurance agent in order to produce a rider for the leasing company. Let me back up a moment. When a copier is leased, whether it's a dollar buy-out option or Fair Market Value, all of the leasing companies require...

HOW TO MARKET TO DIFFERENT GENERATIONS

Jason Madden ·
No two people are the same. If that’s true, can you imagine the difference in marketing to a 70-year-old male versus a 13-year-old female? Yikes. That’s why you’ve got to be aware of the types of people you’re trying to reach and how. Let’s talk about how your business can distinguish between different generations to achieve marketing success with your next campaign. Step One: Know Your Demographic The first step is to do some research to figure out who you’re trying to reach. If you don’t...

Yes! Business Owners Spent $90,000 Annually For Yellow Page Ads But Can't Find $$$ To Help Their Sales Team Transform... Come On Man!

Larry Levine ·
The year was 1988 and these were my two best friends as a copier sales rep... The first copier dealership I worked for in 1988, had the largest advertisement in the copier section of the Yellow Pages. Dealer principals and business owners didn't think twice as the Yellow Pages was THE SPOT where you advertised to get targeted calls from prospects. Sure it was expensive, but it didn’t matter. Consumers trusted the Yellow Pages for the information they needed. Business owners paid for what...

There's a really cool blog below about cold calling for wide format. If you don't cold call for wide format that's cool too. Cold calling still works but you need a plan. Let me count the ways.....how many clients are opting out re-leasing their copiers, others that want to buy their existing copier from the leasing company and a few additional accounts sprinkled in that they are opting to stay status quo. Yup the last few weeks many of my clients that were playing hide and seek finally got me the goods on where their heads were at. One of the talk tracks today was about a Fair Market Value (FMV) lease and what is the option for the client to buy that device.
