PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania business is suing Brandy Anderton, also known as Brandy Reader and Brandy Heimbigner, a former employee, citing alleged breach of contract and unfair competition. Ricoh USA Inc. filed a complaint on June 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Anderton, alleging that the former employee misappropriated the plaintiff's trade secrets during her employment.
