Well, I evaluated @remote years ago before we decided on Printfleet so my info may be dated. From what I recall @remote did a fine job of collecting meters on my Ricoh devices. Not so well on non-ricoh devices. It did not have any accounting capabilities as it simply pulled data from the copiers.
