nice job Larry. One thing I'm finding is that many of my first level contacts will have no clue about some of their connections. I have called and asked about other first level connections and most know recognize the name. I guess it's some type of Linkedin failure. Another item I've found about Linkedin is that many "C" level execs don't post their own threads. Someone in marketing is doing that for them. Linkedin is a great source for knowing who may or may not be connected to someone.

So some clarification first. PaperCut absolutely does support Mac. In fact, it is the only cost recovery/print control solution that I know of that actually installs in an all Mac environment. (Server and Client) It also is the only solution I know of that installs in a Linux environment. So both of your issues are solved with PaperCut. I included the install guides for Mac and Linux to get you started.

scanning is thru a network only. Why not use the Ethernet port, connect a WAP to the Ethernet port and then connect the WAP to the wireless network. WAP = Wireless Access Port. You can get a wireless switch to act as a WAP pretty cheap and don't have to run around in circles.

Canon's Cloud Portal - MEAP App allows you to connect a Canon ImageRUNNER-Advance to either GoogleDocs or MS Sharepoint Online. The last time I checked a Terabyte of storage was ~ $250/year, which is pretty darn cheap. This allows you to Scan directly to GoogleDocs and Print Directly from GoogleDocs. I can also remember in the past the the SR5000 was needed in order to connect the BK5000 because I got burned on this when I did not read the release notes. There are no release notes next to the SR5020, so I would have to assume that all you need is the SR5020.

With this feature you can select ranges of pages to be deleted and then simply added by scanning in the new updated pages. Plus once you enter the settings for this entire job, they are kept, regardless of how you delete and add pages.
