Just a heads up on that tray.......if the customer bumps into the tray there is a very good chance that the metal tray will fall on your customer's feet. I had it happen to me. To see what I mean mount the tray on your 6700 and push the tray forward in the center......the two hooks will disengage and the tray will come crashing down. I came up with a very simple modification to this tray that will eliminate the...

They didn't buy anything from me. They renewed their lease and paid on the used machine for 2 more years that I know of. And thought it was a very good decision. Perhaps they were users. Since you're getting folded output, I assume you have the correct finisher, but just for the record, the booklet finisher is the SR3020 for the MP C4500 SPF. If you choose 2 center staples in the driver and the output is on a single sheet, you will get folded, but unstapled documents. This is the only way to get folded without stapling. It should be impossible to get multiple pages to fold without stapling.

Do they really have 21" and/or 15" roll paper available ? I would have them put 22" inch (standard and available) paper in and do a user define print size, making the defaults "auto-rotate", "middle-center" . Also do "maintain ratio" and "cut-select" to ANSI C, 17 x 22. Explain the benefits of an extra 1" border and you'll be fine. Greg
