We bought one of the C300 when they were clearing them out and imagine my surprise to learn we also had to put toner in it! All the other printer based models come with starter cartridges. Anyway, the toner cost more than the fricken machine!!

Ricoh works to get this certified, but arguably their most important series of equipment MP C3003/3503/4503/5503/6003) is still lacking approval from Apple. What gives, Ricoh?

I saw that it is being launched but haven't seen any pricing. Not much appears to have changed aside from the new features that are on the rest Ricoh's latest series. I was never a fan of the MP C300/400 series, & I doubt we'll sell many of the MP C401 either.

The addressed the mixed original issue on the C300/C400 post launch. A firmware update corrects it. That being said, I assume the C401 will be able to recognize mixed sized originals.
