Wish I could help with this. Maybe someone else can chime in an help. We do sell many pre-owned devices when they come off lease. Also we charge 15% more for service and supplies from our book for the pre-owned devices. Hope this helps.

HP T2500 Plotter Ink Head Yield?

Does anyone know the page yield of the print head is. I read on the KM site that the yield is 9 liters of ink.  There are 1,000 mililiters for every liter, thus the life is 9,000 mililiters.   One of the ink cartridges contains 40 mililiters...

Do you, as a Ricoh reseller, have any issues with the cost of parts for especially the XX03 machines? Here in Europe the PM and yield parts are extremely expensive This also affects the pre-owned market, if the trade in machines have high counters they are next to worthless. Anyone refurbishing PM/yield parts/units? Your thoughts?
