I’m also not terribly thrilled with their cloud system or their app. The SherpaGo website is terrible in this day and age. I have been told their Apple store app keeps getting denied by Apple and they won’t give a reason why but the Android app is functional. Our IT manager was discussing their new cloud access now that we have more remote reps throughout the state and it doesn’t appear to handle what we need. The New Rep should make at a minimum 15-20 Cold Calls per day. However with that said if after the 15-20 Cold Calls he has not gotten a good Lead then he has to keep going. Ultimately his success and your Businesses success depends on filling a Pipeline and filling it with good quality info. This Week in the Copier Industry 5 Years Ago (First Week of March 2014)
Avoid Insulting the Customer Obvious, right? Well, people do it without even realizing by using comments like "did you understand that?" and "are you following what I'm saying?". This automatically shrinks the customers' intelligence and ability to catch on. It is down to your own ability to make the customer understand and therefore if you feel the customer is failing to do so, use comments such as "did I explain that clearly" and so on. I arrived back in town from Aruba late on Monday. Yup, I took a vacation and rarely accessed the internet! Yay for me. To say the least I came back to state that is in pure panic mode with corona virus. Tuesday was not so bad as four opportunities went HOT. We use compass Sherpa. I like it a lot but I think their tracking/reporting could be better. We also looked at sales chain but I heard so many complaints about them and the product that we decided on Sherpa.

We used Compass Sherpa. We also used to use ACT for several years. We looked at Sales Chain, Sales Force, and Sherpa. In the end I felt like Sherpa was the most robust and did what we wanted. I did not get good reference feedback from Sales Chain users. We have had Sherpa for several years and love it.
