About to hit 17 years in the industry now so seen a few.. For starters, everyone is happy to say they are happy with their current provider to get you off the phone! Believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see is something my father always said, doesn't make much sense but he always said it! Selling today is a lot more complicated than years ago. When I started, you would whip out the yellow pages, pick a type of business and just start making cold calls. The pitch was simple something to effect "Hi this is so and so, and I'm calling...

From: Ted Sent: 3/11/2002 7:16 AM Brian, as for me 4.5 years copier sales, but 17 total in sales. Copier sales to me are the easist sales in the world. Yes you have good and bad months, but everyone in business NEEDS what we have. Not so with other sales jobs. A business cannot operate these days without printers, faxes and copiers. Normally a 3 wood, because it's more lofted face, will allow a duffer (like myself) a little more room for error. Normal 1 woods (drivers) don't allow much room for error and are difficult to obtain loft and straightness. I would also suggest getting a firm steel shafted club. Don't get graphite because...
