Less than 5% of my Toshiba clients are not under a Maintenance Service contract. Toshiba sells lots of kits designed for trained service techs to install but not typical end users. Even those customers who prefer not to be invoiced for monthly meter reads we try to automatically collect the meter reads via email or fax and usually but them on copy blocks.

anyone?? I checked the aficio league and there is no yield for the drum cartridge listed, I'm hoping it's at least 40K

True story: I've only sold one so far. 2 days after delivery the customer stuffed the paper in the drawer all caddy-wampus and jammed the machine. Next they got out their trusty letter opener and went at it through the bypass rather than calling for service (1/4 mile from our office) or removing the cartridge to easily remove the jam. So my experience based on one machine in the field is that the drum lasts about 300 pages.

Does anyone know the MSRP and yield of the drum cartridge?  Just curious also to see if there is a fuser kit on this system too.  ty

If a client is not under a maintenance supply agreement. Are there maintenance kits the clients can purchase for the MFP? for example, drum kits, fuser, transfer?

Those of you using 3rd party fusers/maintenance kits, what manufacturers or suppliers are you working with? Could be anything from refurb to new build. Thanks!

Metro Fuser. I had some problems with their rebuilt HP 4501 Fusers though. When they rebuild them they do not replace the old one. That is not good. They fail due to this sometimes. I complained but was told tough luck in so many words.
